Johni Degroot bought a ranch with a log home on the banks of the Kettle River, B.C. in 1995. In 2001 she moved from Vancouver to the ranch full time to sell real estate and to create a working ranch, a campground and an antique/gift shop. The ranch is known as “Old Cowboy Ranch“.
Johni specializes in rural properties, farms and ranches in the Kettle Valley and Rock Creek area of southern British Columbia. She has also sold many private homes, commercial & investment properties from Osoyoos to Grand Forks to Kelowna and Penticton.

December 2012: We have the picture perfect amount of snow. There’s not any need to decorate the trees outside as Mother Nature has done that for us. The last few days have been spectacular and the rest of the month promises more of the same. Come join us in our winter wonderland.
